It's been six years since we graduated from Calvin and while we don't always keep in the best contact with friends we had we do continue to value the friendships we formed then. So it was a treat we we recieved an evite from our friend Allison for a reunion to be held this summer. It turns out that most of Sarah's former roommates could attend and the event went off without a hitch last Saturday.

We met at Allison's house in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago and had a wonderful day looking at old photos and catching up with new stories and life events. While the weather didn't cooperate it made no difference as we spent the whole day indoors talking.

After having spent four formative years of life together it was interesting to see how that time had shaped each of us and what we had done with ourselves after that. Personally I was surprised how little had changed. People still had much the same personalities and a lot of the same convictions and passions.
