Day ride to the Kuang Si Waterfall. Just out of town the road turns
to gravel and is a bumpy ride the whole way there and back. The falls
are beautiful and make it all worth while. |

day of biking. There are 2 guest houses when you arrive though. |

The ride to Phu Khun is up and down with a few climbs. Not as bad
as the previous day's though. Then it is down 44 km to Kasi. There
is a pesky uphill that really takes it out of you about 20 before
you make to Kasi. |

More downhill than uphill this is a beautiful ride down to scenic
Vang Vieng. |

A little hilly out of Vang Vieng before you descend into the
flat delta. From there it is 35 of so flat km till you hit Thalat.
For those who haven't had enough yet biking on to Nanam and the
resevoir provides one last challenge. |
